No. "Pimp my World" is just a non-registered trademark. It was created within a non-profit association. The goal of this association is to propose leisure, cultural, sports and touristic services to the public. One of its additional objectives is to facilitate international meetings and exchanges between people from different geographic or cultural background.
Yes and no. We try to propose the best quality services with most affordable prices for everyone. Our prices take into account the required time for conception and preparation, all costs relating to each program including time and services provided by your coach and eventual partners, the possibility of variability, and a small margin. Though we try to negotiate the best conditions for our customers, most of our prices depend our partners' pricing policy. However, we propose some season reductions. As well as special conditions for small groups of participants: couples, families or small groups of friends (maximum 5 persons). Ask us for more details.
The concept of "Pimp my world" relies on customization. We are neither a tour operator nor a travel agent.
So all our services are conceived to satisfy the expectations of one single person or a very small group of people.

You can modify your program until 8 days before your arrival date.
Many of our services depend on partnerships with hotels, hosts, coaches, drivers or teachers booked several days or weeks in advance. So we cannot always modify a scheduled program at the last minute.

You will be refunded of 50% of the total price.
In case of cancelation less than 48 hours before arrival time, no refund will be accepted, no matter what the reasons of your cancelation are.
Only in case of force majeure like your hospitalization, death of a close relative or serious damage like flood or fire in your house, you will be refunded 50% or the price.
A personal disease, a sick or wounded child, health complications, any professional hazard or delay will not be considered as force majeure.
All our coaches and partners are professionals or experimented amateurs in their own domain.
We have a large network of hosts, hotels, coaches, guides, teachers and professoinals of all kind. We select them with strict criteria of professionalism, quality, reliability and of course price.
