ACCOMODATION

 

You will be hosted in a private room at a local's, in a private apartment or in a 3* to 5* hotel in Paris center (check out Pimp my House for specific details).

During your accomodation at a local's, no other guest will be present except you and your host.

All accommodations include housing, bathroom, clean sheets and towels and Wi-Fi connection.

 

PERSONAL EFFECTS

You should bring your personal effects and suitable clothing for visit: good walking shoes, comfortable shirts, a pullover and a rain coat in case the weather changes.

 

MEALS

 

You can take meals at local's or in a restaurant. 

For outdoor picnics we provide flatware, cold snacks, fresh and natural soft drinks.

Please inform us in advance of any food restriction or special regime.

 

TOURS AND VISITS

 

The program and schedule will be confirmed before the visit.

​

The progress of visits might change according to the weather and considering your requests to slightly modify some aspects during the tour.

​

Transport during the visits by walk, bike and public facilities.

 

​PRICING

 

IMPORTANT: Some of our prices are not fixed. They depend on your precise choice or may vary according to our partners.
In such a case, when you book your program we charge you the minimum price of the indicated range. When you confirm we adapt it according to your choice or present conditions.

 

Our prices usually include all charges.

Some prices, especially restaurant menus might vary according to chosen restaurant, season dishes and selected wines.

 

Prices for indoor and outdoor activities do not included personal insurance, personal expenses, and all additional fees related to extra requests from the travelers.

PERSONAL INSURANCE

 

You will have to produce a certificate of insurance when confirming your trip.

This insurance should cover all risks for each traveller in France, including the practice of indoor and outdoor activities such as walks, hiking, and sports according to your program.

In no way should we be held for responsible in case of any accident, injury, theft, loss or damage of your money or personal goods.

​

As well as renunciation to a trip for personal reasons.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDING

 

In case of cancelation, please contact us immediately by telephone and send a confirmation by email.

You will be refunded of 50% of the price.

In case of cancelation less than 48 hours before arrival time, no refund will be accepted, no matter what the reasons of your cancelation are.

 

Only in case of force majeure like your hospitalization, death of a close relative or serious damage like flood or fire in your house, you will be refunded 50% or the price.

A personal disease, a sick or wounded child, health complications, any professional hazard or delay will not be considered as force majeure.
